Party Walls

The "Party Wall etc. Act 1996" may affect your proposals for development or other building works.

The Act will potentially affect you if you intend to carry out building works that may affect neighbouring property. You become the "building owner" for the purposes of the Act. The owner of the adjoining property will be entitled to notification.
