The Firm

THG Chartered Surveyors is an independent firm founded in 1985. We work throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire, carrying out Building Surveys and Valuations on all types of property. The Partners have over 50 years experience in property related matters.

RICS Regulation

The firm is REGULATED by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). RICS Regulation is responsible for ensuring that RICS Members and Firms meet the requirements of RICS Rules of Conduct.

The Partners of the firm are Chartered Surveyors and RlCS REGISTERED VALUERS. Many Valuations of property come within RICS Valuation Standards [The Red Book). Examples are RICS Homebuyer Reports, Valuations for Matrimonial purposes and for Inheritance Tax. These Valuations must be undertaken only by RICS Registered Valuers.

ISO 9001 Certification

The firm has ISO 9001 Certification. This is a set of standard requirements against which the Quality Management Systems of the business are evaluated.
